The self-use gas metering and pressure regulation system is a skid-mounted system in the gas transmission station of the natural gas long distance pipeline for air ignition, small generator, station heating/hot water boiler and domestic gas supply. It can integrate filtration, heating, pressure regulation, metering, blowdown, discharge, leakage alarm, automatic switching and other functions as required.

The self-used gas metering and pressure regulating system is suitable for manned or unmanned, manned natural gas distribution stations, metering stations, storage and distribution stations, pressure regulating stations and other stations.

The system has the characteristics of intermittent gas supply, large gas pressure adjustment range, high measurement requirements, high explosion-proof requirements and high safety performance. The system is equipped with natural gas heater, and the heater requirements are very high. Heaters generally use direct electric heaters, with the necessary explosion-proof performance and protection requirements. Electric heater heating speed, heating temperature control and prevent dry burning and other safety protection measures are complete, the system safety is high.
