Product Overview

The Hydraulic Driven Gas Booster Skid compresses hydrogen by a motor-driven hydraulic oil pump to drive the piston to reciprocate. The cylinder of the compression system has a unique design and adopts a two-stage compression system, featuring a low single-stage compression ratio, low exhaust temperature, and high compression efficiency. The entire skid mainly consists of a main unit part, safety devices, a cooling system, an instrument system, an auxiliary system, a supporting control cabinet, and a container.

Features

◆Starting and stopping the machine does not affect the service life of the compressor. It can meet the requirements of frequent starting and stopping and starting under pressure. The low compression frequency requires relatively low requirements for the foundation.

◆The structure has been optimized and improved to avoid the pollution problem caused by the oil-gas common cavity, eliminating the need for the rear oil-gas separation and purification device, thus reducing the application cost.
